Can I Access my Photos on Other Devices?

Photomyne paid members can access their photos on other supported mobile devices, as well as online via the Photomyne website on a computer.

This can be helpful if you:

  • Lost your phone
  • Got a new device
  • Want to view or edit photos on a larger screen
  • Need to restore your photos

Log in on another mobile device

Before you begin

To access your photos on another mobile device, you must:

  • Have an active paid membership
  • Be registered with your email address

How to log in

  1. Install the Photomyne app from the App Store or Google Play on the device you want to use.
  2. Open the app.
  3. On the main screen, choose:
    • Continue with Apple
    • Continue with Google

If you registered differently:

  • If you signed up with a different email than your Apple/Google account, or used your phone number, tap Log in and follow the instructions.
  • If the app is already installed and you missed the login option on the welcome screen:
    • Go to the app’s main screen
    • Tap the 3-bar menu (top-left corner)
    • Tap Log in

Once logged in, your photos will automatically restore to that device.

How to access your account online

  1. Go to Photomyne.com
  2. Click Log in.
  3. Select the app you want to log into (from the app field).
  4. Enter your email address.
  5. Check your email for a login code.
  6. Enter the code to access your account.

If you originally registered with Apple, Google, or your phone number, these login options appear at the bottom of the login screen.

What you can do on the website

Once logged in, you can:

  • View all your photos
  • Add albums
  • Add photos
  • Save and share photos

Some app features are also available online.


Important sync guidelines

Syncing between devices

  • All changes made online will sync with the app on your mobile device.
  • To avoid sync issues, keep the app closed on your mobile device before logging in online.
  • Avoid using the app on more than one device at the same time.
  • Use the app on one device, save your changes, and only then log in on another device.

Following these guidelines helps ensure your account stays fully synced and up to date.
