What’s happening?
If:
- Your photos don’t appear on the website or other devices.
- You receive an error or “Oops” message when moving or sharing photos.
It most likely means that syncing on your mobile device hasn’t finished yet.
Syncing time depends on:
- The number of photos that need to upload.
- The number of edits or changes made.
- Your internet connection speed and stability.
Why does this happen?
When you scan, edit, or organize photos in the app, those changes need to sync to your account. Until syncing is complete, your photos and updates may not appear elsewhere.
What should I do?
Please follow these steps:
- Keep the app open on the mobile device where you scanned or edited photos.
- Make sure the device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
- Wait for syncing to finish.
- Only after syncing is complete, log in to your account on the website or other devices.
How can I tell when syncing is complete?
- While syncing is in progress, you’ll see a “Syncing” indication on the main app screen.
- When the “Syncing” message disappears, the process is complete.
Once syncing finishes, your photos and edits should appear across all devices.
