How do I Cancel my Photomyne Subscription?

Stopping your Photomyne subscription only takes a few steps, but cancellations must be completed through your original billing provider.

See the instructions below to cancel your membership successfully.


If you subscribed through the Apple App Store (iOS)

  1. Open the App Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon (top right).
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find the relevant Photomyne app in the list.
  5. Choose to change or cancel your plan.

If you subscribed through the Google Play Store (Android)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions.
  4. Tap Subscriptions.
  5. Select the relevant app.
  6. Manage or cancel your subscription there.

If you subscribed on the Photomyne website

  1. Visit portal.photomyne.com on your computer or mobile browser.
  2. Choose the relevant Photomyne app and enter your email.
  3. Check your email and enter the login code.
  4. If needed, log in using Apple, Google, email, or phone number.
  5. Click your profile icon (top right) or go to Account.
  6. Go to Plan / Billing.
  7. Manage or cancel your subscription there.

Important reminders

  • Deleting the app does NOT cancel your subscription.
  • If your membership ends, your account returns to the basic (free) version.
  • Your photos will remain on the device you scanned them with, but they will not be backed up or available on other devices.
  • If you delete the app without a membership, you may not be able to recover your photos later.
